How long does it take to complete my order?

Most orders are completed within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. This includes the time for our us to create watercolor, digitize it, and prepare it for printing. You'll receive a digital proof via email.

We occasionally accommodate rush requests depending on our current workload. Please contact us before placing your order if you have a specific deadline, such as a birthday or holiday. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Yes! Once your watercolor is complete, we'll email you a digital proof. This gives you a chance to see the artwork before it goes to print. While revisions aren't included, this preview ensures there are no surprises when your print arrives.

We ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to other countries may be available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a quote. We hope to expand internationally soon! All orders include tracking, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

How are prints packaged?

Unframed prints are rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy tube. Framed prints are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in reinforced boxes designed to prevent damage during transit. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically ranges from $8–$15 for unframed prints and $20–$35 for framed pieces. Free shipping is available on orders over $200.

Because each piece is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there's an issue with your order — such as a printing defect or damage during shipping — we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We're sorry if that happens! Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, then contact us at support@aquarellegolf.co within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to send a replacement as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as work hasn't begun on your artwork. After 24 hours, or if we have started your piece, cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
